While the guests I cooked for enjoyed this appetizer - I wasn't very fond of it. I used ham instead of turkey. I just didn't like the presentation -it seemed very sloppy to me.

I took these to a Baby Shower and they went over very well. Now I'm just looking for another occasion to have to make them! I made it per the recipe and they turned out wonderfully!

Prepared these for a party and the guests loved them. Just watch them in the oven - I think 7-10 mins would have been enough.

Everyone loves them each time I make them. I have passed the recipe on to several people. Well worth a try!

I served these at 3 parties this past holiday season. At first I didn't think the recipe was going to work because the slices of deli turkey had several small tears, but the spinach mixture held it together and everyone loved it.

I used regular cream cheese instead of light. These are very yummy and creamy! And I love the calorie and total fat count!!

This is a good appetizer for a large group, but it's kind of messy in that the juice from the turkey and/or spinach make it difficult to serve nicely. It's good, but I wouldn't call this a favorite.
