I made this for a school pot luck, they were gone in a flash! It was very easy to make and very delicious. Think next time I may use ham though :)

Excellent way to stick to low carb diet and still not miss out on appetizers!

I made this the night before Thanksgiving and it was gone within an hour - everyone loved it.

Definately something different to try as a finger food. My 1, 3 and 15yr old love spinach, cheese and sliced turkey. So why not give it to them as a nice snack instead of candy.

This was a huge hit at our Christmas party tonight. I had to forward the recipe to all our guests. I will be making this one again on Christmas Eve for our next party.

These were delicious! They were a hit at the Christmas party I brought them to. I added a little more shredded and cream cheese because they seemed a little too thick with spinach. They looked so elegant but were so easy. The perfect easy way to impress!

You need to make sure you use turkey that has the skin still on it (like in the picture) or the cups don't hold together that well. I made this for a party and it was a hit, easy & elegant, what more could you ask for

I did not use any light or fat free products (takes the fun out of it) and these were a huge hit at the Christmas party I took them to. The lunchmeat is kind of "putzy" to work with but the spinich filling is the best! I will use the filling for other appetizer recipes I have.

I loved how elegant this simple recipe looked on the holiday table! My family doesn't embrace change at their gatherings, so I took a huge chance when bringing this dish. How happy was I that I was asked to make a 2nd batch before the 1st was even gone!!! Now they have requested it for this year's celebration as well. I also make it at home for a healthy snack for my hubby! He just loves it!

A family member in my husbands family made this last year. I loved it and realized that we got the same magazine. I have made it few times and everyone loved them. I plan on making them again for Christmas eve. An easy but elegant appetizer. You can also do with a honey ham. Very good!!
