I have made this recipe numerous times just for quick little snacks. My eldest daughter doesn't even like spinach, but she goes crazy over these. Best recipe yet.

Great treat for my mother, elderly - diabetic - obese- bedridden. She thinks they are great. I did add some crumbled cooked bacon in the spinach mix, a dash of Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning. This seasoning is a MUST in my house - just brings out the flavors of any dish used lightly. I recommend ALL cooks to have a can of this spice on hand - just for that "extra" touch when something seems missing. Great Recipe - Thanks!

This recipe looked so easy and good, I just had to do it! I do have a few tips however, that would make this perfect! 1st- I would reduce the cream cheese to 1/4 cup and 2nd, use an extra 1/4 cup of Mozzarella. It just seemed a little off to me, and when I made it this way, everyone liked it better. I also added and extra tablespoon of the finely chopped onions, for an extra kick. All in all, this is a great crowd pleaser! ;>

Try using pastry puff cups instead of the turkey.

This is a keeper!!! I've made it 8 times and everyone was impressed. I added the entire package of cream cheese and more mozzarella. My family likes them chessier, otherwise the spinach can be a bit much. Crescent roll dough works well when you are tired of lunch meat. Just cut the triangles in half again. Thanks Kraft!

I have made this twice and it was a hit. The only thing different is I had no regular parmesan cheese so I used garlic herb parmesan with basil, parsley, and garlic.

As so many have said before me, this recipe great and doesn't require a lot of work. I accidently bought smoked ham instead of turkey the first time I made this and everyone loved them. I then tried the turkey but most found that bland. I haven't checked the calorie/fat difference on the two meats to see if it affects the low fat/no carb status. By the way, I'm making this again tonight!

Guests at my party loved this! Hard to work with thinly sliced turkey because it falls apart too easily
