I substituted the turkey for pepperoni instead...lots more flavor. Great low-carb snack!!

Very easy to make for my party guests. The finished product looked very much like the picture! My guests enjoyed them greatly!

This was well received by my guests and I especially liked that I could assemble the recipe the day before. It took longer than 15 minutes, however, and the bottoms were a little too soft to my liking so I baked them for 15 minutes in the muffin tins and then removed them, put them on baking sheets and baked them awhile longer to crisp. They were prettier and easier to pick up after I did that.

This recipe was very quik and easy to make. The filling tasted like spanikopita (spinach pie). very tasty. I will definatly make these for the next gathering i have at my house.

My husband is a diabetic and the rest of the family is watching their weight. This is great for him and us. This is an awesome recipe. Even my son who hates spinach loves this. I'll be taking this to our next family get together, it was quick and easy to make.

I made this for Thanksgiving and it was a major hit. Now I am making it again for an office party. I don't feel guilty eating this appetizer!

We made them for Superbowl '05, what a hit. They held their shape beautifully and looked very classy! We made the spinach mixture ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to eat-be sure to add a few extra minutes to the total cook time if using this method so they are hot throughout.
