A friend made this recipe with ham instead of turkey for a holiday party. It looked attractive and tasted even more appealing. She told me she found the recipe in a Kraft Foods cookbook, but wouldn't give me the recipe. I'm so glad I found it and can't wait to make it myself.

I made it ahead of time for my holiday get together with friends and it was a huge hit. People could not believe it was low carb. I had to get the recipe out and prove it to them.

I took this to a Christmas party for a Harley Davidson bike club and it went over great! They loved it and many asked for the recipe. I will most certainly make this a staple in my recipe book!

This was a hit at our New Years Eve Party and we doubled the recipe. I did make it ahead of time and it was delicious low carb appetizer! I had many requests for the recipe.

I made this for our guests on Christmas eve. It took longer to prepare than stated, but was still very easy and looked so elegant. Best of all--everyone loved it! Next time, I'll double the recipe.

I made this recipe for Christmas dinner. However, my family does not like spinach so I substitued chopped fresh cranberries mixed in cream cheese with a touch of orange juice and they were a hit. They ate the whole tray! I will definitely make this again.
