My guests loved it !! I did sprinkle more parmesan on top as it came out of the oven for an extra kick.

Very good but didn't stay together too well. Next time I think I'll try putting them in little pastry cups.

Very easy to make, I made mine the night before the party. I also used ham slices for two different tastes. Went over OK (had left-overs) but people really liked the cream cheese bacon crescents!

I have made these with both turkey & ham and they are really good and they are so great for a low carb life style.

My daughter and I made these ahead of time, refrigerated them and popped them in the oven after church on Christmas Eve...they were really easy to make and assemble and they tasted wonderful! My mom, who is not crazy for spinach, loved them! We would definitely make them again!

We used this on Christmas eve as a lite appetizer. Fat-free cream cheeze worked great and everyone wanted more! It was hard to get the turkey to conform to the muffin cup shape and they weren't as nice as the picture, though. Serve them hot! Melting cheese is best for ideal taste!

Served this as part of a ladies brunch. It went over very well. It was easy to make and easy for guests to handle. As shown in the picture, the center sticks to the sliced turkey and the turkey slice holds it's shape when popped out of the mini-muffin pans. It makes a nice looking presentation and tastes good, too!

I made this for a school pot luck, they were gone in a flash! It was very easy to make and very delicious. Think next time I may use ham though :)
