Summer Berry Cheesecake Pie

Quick and easy to make with few ingredients, and VERY yummy! I wasn't sure how jello would taste in a pie but it was delicious and I will definitely make it again!

What You Need

pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

Tbsp. sugar

cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided

HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz.)

cup boiling water

pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin

cup ice cubes

1/2

cup blueberries

1-1/2

cups strawberries, halved

Make It

BEAT cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with whisk until well blended. Stir in 1 cup COOL WHIP; spread onto bottom of crust.

ADD boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add ice; stir until melted. Let stand 5 min. or until slightly thickened. Meanwhile, arrange blueberries in single layer in center of pie; surround with strawberries. Cover with gelatin.

REFRIGERATE 3 hours or until firm. Serve topped with remaining COOL WHIP.

WOW! This was excellent. My whole family loved this cheesecake, especially my four year old who loves Jello. The amount of ingredients was just perfect. You were able to enjoy all the flavors this dessert had. I would definitely do this again but, for quests next time. THANKS!!

Easy, Fun and very tasty! Will make this again & again. My family loves all kinds of cheescake. The Jello adds a more unique taste as well. Give it a try!!

I made 2 batches of this pie and it was gone in one day. The best pie, not too sweet, I used "equal sugar" instead of regular sugar, just right. Stays it shape and won't crack or break when you cut through it. My family ask that i make it again. Even the kids can help make it, no baking at all. You should try this. It's a blast.

Awesome! Instead of using gelatin, I decided to put stawberry glaze. Freeze your blueberries (to avoid squishing them when mixing in the glaze) and put them in the middle of the pie, adding strawberries (also glazed) around the edges. TO DIE FOR. The best part of this recipee is that it's no bake. Enjoy!!

I honestly didn't think I'd like this because of the jello and fruit combination, but I was delightfully surprised! Strawberries were just coming out locally, so I just used them, along with the strawberry Jello. I think maybe the Strawberry Cool Whip would have even kicked it up another notch, but I used the plain. My daughter also loved it and I recommend it with any combo of fruit and Jello.

This was the hit at my family reunion last year. My husband also loves it. Try it with mandarin oranges and kiwi with orange jello instead--yummy!
