I took the advice of others and used fat free cream cheese, angel food cake, sugar free jello and pudding. It didn't look as pretty as the one in the picture, but it was awesome. I will make this recipe again.

Wow! The flavors were excellant and such a pretty presentation. Everyone at our office party/BBQ dinner loved it! The instructions for the Jell-O say to: STIR boiling water into dry gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Add enough ice to cold water to measure 1 cup. Add to gelatin; stir until ice is completely melted. Let stand about 15 minutes or until thickened. (Spoon drawn through gelatin leaves definite impression.) Stir in berries. You need to refrigerate Jell-O for about 15 min. or until thickened, not let stand about 15 min. or until thickened. Otherwise, preparation was easy!

This was the first Trifle I made and what a HIT. I didn't have the pound cake on hand so I used a brownie mix instead. YUMM......chocolate, strawberries and cream cheese!

Absolutely delicious, pretty, easy to prepare, great for summer! My guests loved it. It's also simple to cut the calories on this one. I might try angel food cake next time to reduce the fat even more.

I used sugar-free jell-o, neufchatel cheese, skim milk, fat-free sugar-free pudding mix, and fat-free whipped topping. It remained delicious and was easier to make than I expected.
