I've made this recipe twice. The first time I used the ingredients just as they were listed, except I used light cream cheese, sugar free jello and pudding. It was very good. The second time, I used angel food cake (it's lower in fat), and again the sugar free jello and pudding, low fat cream cheese and cool whip. It tasted just as good as with the pound cake.
