Delicious! But recipe makes a TON of extra rice per serving.

This was a very unique recipe and tasty. I like to vary porkchop dishes and this was a good change and quite simple.

Very easy to make. The kids at thier whole pork chop... and they usually are extremely picky!

Super easy to put together & virtually no clean up!! Next time I make this, I will spice up the pork chops first. They were a little bland with just the shake-n-bake coating (which I've never used before!).

This is a quick an easy recipe. Next time I will hold back on the amount of pineapple tidbits - otherwise it is very good.
