I only used 1 whole chicken (there's only my husband and I)... and there was NOTHING left!!! we both love the taste, and the chicken turned out juicy and tender! 100% sure that I will make it again and again!

I made this chicken for company last Sat. and there was absolutely nothing left. I've never had such a moist chicken including the white meat - and so simple to do.

I did this on a charcoal bbq, and it was absolutely to die for. So, so good - I would highly recommend trying this!

I've never cooked a whole chicken before, and I thought this was a VERY easy way to do it. It turned out pretty good! Now if I could just figure out how to carve a bird...

Very moist and juicy chicken! I grilled fresh veggies along side during the last 15 minutes. I served with garlic bread & butter. Add savory rice or baked potato and keep the house cooler! I will make this again well into the Fall here in Michigan. Ted

This sounds very good...but, BBQ does not take place on a gas grill or any other grill....that would be defined as grilling.
