The cookie was amazing and uber flavorful. My entire family loved it and they aren't really into pecans. I already have requests for our next gathering!!

Really easy to make, loved that it was for so many cookies (didn't have to figure out measurements for more cookies) and delicious!

An easy and simple cookie recipe! Fun to do with kids. I had all ingredients in my pantry! (I left out the pecans) The cookies bake well (from balls to perfect shape), and taste great. My son was happy to help roll the cookies in the cinnamon sugar. Its the most he has helped in the kitchen in months!

I made the cookies, following the recipe to the T and though they were tasty they came out very crisp, too crisp in fact for my family. I even tried making them again & baking for a few minutes less with the same result....Any suggestions? Thanks!

I omitted the pecans since I made it for relatives & someone is allergic to nuts. I had to add a lot of extra flour because the dough was very sticky, and YES I had it in the fridge for over an hour. I rolled half batch in green sprinkles & half batch in red sprinkles. They looked PERFECT for a Christmas gathering! They were soft, moist, & very, very, VERY good! I would definitely make this again.
