Very easy and simple. My kids don't like nuts so I left out the nuts. I added a little bit of almond extract. My daughter had fun rolling the cookies in the cinnamon sugar mixture. It made 4 dozen cookies.

These are very good and they are easy to make, which is nice. I definitely didn't get 6 dozen though. More like 3 1/2. I will definitely make them again - especially for my snickerdoodle-loving family.

I made these cookies for our Bunco Christmas party and they were a hit with everyone, even one person that doesn't like pecans. They were so popular, I had to make another batch for my family party.

I baked these lovely cookies for a cookie swap at work. they were the hit of the office. just a note-add 3 cups of flour so your cookies will come out right.

The cookies came out very good. But, I recommend adding 1 extra cup of all-purpose flour. The first batch came out flat before I added the extra flour.

I have been making this cookie for years and I have found that if you use all purpose flour you can omitt the soda and the tartar. Add a tsp. water makes them better, and they are great for dunkin in coffee. enjoy
