This was very good. The chicken was cooked perfectly, so moist and tender. I used oven fry instead of shake n bake. My family loved it too.

This is a great family dinner. I made a few changes though: -used 2 cups cooked penne (whole wheat) -used 3 zucchini -used 2 14-1/2 oz cans of tomatoes, with juice -and I tossed the cooked penne in a butter sauce. I used 6 TBPS unsalted butter, 3 cloves of minced garlic, and 1/3 cup grated Parmesean cheese for the sauce. I thought this sauce on the pasta added a little something to the dish. Great dinner, easy to make, tastes really good :)

I made this last night and it was a hit. I added more cheese on top because my family really likes cheese.

I loved this! I doubled the veggies and even threw some spinach in there. i also threw a bit of pasta sauce in to thicken the sauce a bit. It was delicious!

Very good! Everyone in the family loved it...it will definitely become a regular dinner in our home. The only thing I will do differently next time around is double up on the veggies, other than that it was great and super easy and quick!

This was sooooo easy to make. The recipe sounds like it would be way harder that it actually was and it tasted great. I loved it. My only complaint was that the chicken didn't crisp up when I baked it. But the flavor was definately there. This is going to become a staple in my house from now on.

This recipe was very easy to make. I'd probably make this about once a month. It's something tasty when you can't think of anything else to make.

used shredded parm cheese, that makes it better. DEFINITELY agree TOO WATERY!!! will drain the italian tomatoes next time and add some thick spaghetti sauce. i used zucchini AND yellow squash, gave it nice color and the taste was GREAT. just not enough sauce and sauce too thin. great flavor, needs some tweaking.
