Don't know how this can be high fat when only 15% of calories are from fat. I haven't made this yet, but sounds good. To cut back on sodium, I'll probably eliminate the Shake & Bake, add a little garlic powder & pepper to the mix. I'll use "no salt added" tomatoes. May add some mushrooms and some chopped sweet pepper, too! If you want low carb, use spaghetti squash, or add a veggie or salad as a side dish
