15 minutes prep time assumes you are starting with pre-cut zucchini, and pre-cooked pasta. I would never use frozen zucchini - yuck! So this really doesn't belong in a 15 minutes or less category.

To the one that said they couldn't believe it was low fat low cal... anything up to 500 cals is considered low cal, and 6 grams of fat... thats not fattening!!! Do your research before you post next time....

Don't know how this can be high fat when only 15% of calories are from fat. I haven't made this yet, but sounds good. To cut back on sodium, I'll probably eliminate the Shake & Bake, add a little garlic powder & pepper to the mix. I'll use "no salt added" tomatoes. May add some mushrooms and some chopped sweet pepper, too! If you want low carb, use spaghetti squash, or add a veggie or salad as a side dish

This recipe is very good if you just bake the chicken plain.

This is really an excellent recipe. My husband and kids loved it. I used extra tomatos, but reserved them and heated on the side to top the penne. Also, instead of placing the chicken on top of the penne, I put olive oil and garlic on the penne and served it on the side. One last thing, I think this would be way better with NO breading.
