Yum. This is very very good.
I made it at a family gatering. I didn't like it but, everyone else loved it.
I preferred this recipe with a little more BBQ sauce then what the recipe called for. The chicken was very tender and my daughter liked the skewer part.
IO made this for friends, they loved it!! We loved it too!! Will fix this again. I kinda worried about the marinade, so I let it set longer, thinking it would look better some how. It didnt, but I think it helped the taste better!! Thanks!
I made this for my boyfriend (I'm a vegetarian) because there is a restaurant by our house that makes it and he loves it (he always orders it). He said this tasted better than the one the restaurant makes! He said the flavor was delicious. I aslo added red bell pepper and onion to the skewers with the chicken and grilled them.
Very very tasty. The marinade looked very gross, but the flavor was great.
This was very good! I did not use the BBQ sauce. Instead I used 1/4 of low sodium soy sauce. My husband and 8 year old are very picky eaters and they LOVED it!
I love satay at Thai restaurants, so I'm picky. I loved the recipe, it was very easy and tasty... Just too much peanut butter, I would add 1/2 what the recipe calls for and add more barbecue and lime juice. And make sure the sauce isn't still thick when you take it off the grill. Mix really well before basting.
Very tasty!!! Was easy to make. I'll definitely make it again.
Great all things considered! Fast and tasty and quite healthy (chicken breast is a very healthy meat). I thought it could use MORE sauce, actually, and the peanut butter got all clumped together, but that doesn't matter since all you skewer is the chicken. Cooked 5 minutes per side and just right for 4 people with rice and veggies. Mmm!
