I marinated the chicken like called for and still did not have as much flavor as I would have liked. I will try again though and this time I will marinate over night because all of the ingredients sound so great together. I will probly also try using a little more BBQ sauce and Cilantro

Flavorful! We added at least 1 tsp. more cilantro than recipe stated. Marinated about 8 hours. NOTE:It is messy putting the chicken on the skewers.

I marinated for 24 hours in the refrigerator, and the taste was really good, like any chicken satay from a restaurant, but it needed to cook at a higher temperature on the grill, because I had to put them back on twice because the meat around where the skewer was touching was always undercooked. Otherwise was awesome and I will definitely make it again!
