My picky 3 yr. old even liked this recipe!! I told the kids that it was peanut butter chicken and that was enough to entice them to eat it. I personally loved it and thought that there was enough sauce for twice the amount of chicken. The quick grilling time is also a big plus for me as a working mom. I mixed and marinated the night before and had dinner on the table very quickly!
