What You Need

1/3

cup SHAKE 'N BAKE Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix

Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Tbsp. dried oregano leaves

boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/4 lb.), cut lengthwise into thirds

jar (14 oz.) spaghetti sauce, warmed

cups hot cooked mixed vegetables

soft breadsticks

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Measure 1/3 cup coating mix into shaker bag. Add cheese and oregano; mix well.

COAT chicken with coating mixture as directed on package. Place in foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan.

BAKE 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve with spaghetti sauce for dipping, mixed vegetables and breadsticks.

Substitute

Substitute marinara sauce or pizza sauce for the spaghetti sauce.

For a quick burst of flavor, sprinkle unused SHAKE 'N BAKE Coating Mix over hot cooked vegetables or tossed green salads.

This was so easy and delicious. My 5 & 2 year olds loved it and it was much healthier that store bought nuggets.

I cut the chicken in small pieces to make nuggets. The kids liked them very much.

These were very good. Next time I will reduce the amount of oregano though and maybe use italian spice.

Delicious! This is a great recipe! I used Shake 'n' Bake Hot and Spicy Coating Mix instead. Definitely one of my favorites!

This sounds great! Easy and "fun" for the kids. I will definitely make this and hopefully it will be a hit. I will post a comment for the grand verdict from the kiddo's!!!!
