First try was too doughy! Next tries, I placed the italian sausagem garlic salt, pepper, etc. and the cheese in a large bowl, added a bit of bisquick, little at a time, and mixed lightly with my hands so not to mash all ingredients, just mix. Added a little mayonnaise instead of milk to moisten and made the balls without mashing the ingredients. The balls turned out light and fluffy. GREAT recipe. A to-do again! Happy New Year to all, especially Kraft employees.
