Sausage Cheese Balls

Sausage Cheese Balls recipe
Awesome recipe! These can be made a few days ahead and frozen. I always get lots of compliments on these. I use pork sausage and more milk than what the recipe calls for.

These went over very well at the party once I told people that they were sausage & cheese. I would almost prefer to make these with stuffing instead of baking mix though. But still very tasty.

My family said it was a bit bland but good so next time I will add a little more seasoning to the meat ...but I like the concept and will try it again.

This recipe was a hit at my birthday party. I have a friend who told me to vary the recipe by adding a small bit of cream cheese in the middle of them. Everyone loved them and I will definitely be making these again!!

Very good, I shredded my own cheese and used cut up italian sausage. Although the recipe ended up making three batches of the stuff... i was stuck in the kitchen for a couple hours!

My fmaily loved this recipe. I added a little pepper and garlic powder. I think for next time I may add a little more cheese and maybe a little more milk. My son loves them for breakfast as a quick fix. I will deffently be making this again and again!!!
