My fmaily loved this recipe. I added a little pepper and garlic powder. I think for next time I may add a little more cheese and maybe a little more milk. My son loves them for breakfast as a quick fix. I will deffently be making this again and again!!!

This is so good!!!! I made this for my college class and everyone loved them. I even left the sausage out of some for those who couldn't eat pork. I added a little more cheese and milk to the recipe as well as some garlic salt. I then brushed the top of them with a garlic butter and it made all the difference!!!! SO GOOD!! Will be making them again tonight!!

Overall very good, but needs WAY more cheese...I used one whole bag but I would think about using another half or even whole bag.

The recipe I use doesn't use milk, believe it or not. The key is not to over cook. I first got the recipe "years" ago from someone who made them. I was never really a big pork sausage fan, so I knew the first time I made them I was going to use something like ham, and I came across a country ham sausage in the grocery store and I've made it that way from day one, and ever since. Love the pancake mix idea!

Instead of using just 1/2 cup of milk I used 1 1/3 cup of milk and I used fresh shredded cheese( ishredded it myself) and I only cooked them for 16 minutes, the came out moist and delicious

Ok, but not enough flavor. Next time I'd use less baking mix (if any at all) and a stronger flavor cheese.

I used sweet italian turkey sausauge and added onion and a little garlic. They were good, but I also found them a little dry. However I thought thought they rehaeted well and my boyfriend enjoyed them w/ marinara sauce.
