I have mixed feelings about how good the pork tasted - not sure if I like the Dijon. The pork chops came out a bit soggy as well. The potatoes, however, were great. I chopped my potatoes into slightly smaller pieces and microwaved for 10 minutes instead of the 7 minutes recommended. I will definitely make the potatoes as described again, but not the pork chops.

I think I bought bad pork, because the pork itself didn't taste too good. The flavor of the seasonings was good, though. I would have liked it to be crispier, and the potatoes definitely weren't cooked all the way through, and I even microwaved them for an extra minute after reading some of the comments on here. I will experiment with this and give it another try by microwaving the potatoes longer and hoping I get better pork!

Pork chops had perfect amount of flavor. I used thin-cut chops and only cooked for 20 min. I cooked the potatoes for about 4 extra minutes in the microwave.

I put carrots in with chops and potatoes,was very good. As for potatoes,I cooked on stove top untill they were slightly soft, did the same with carrots.Great weeknight meal!

I made this last night and it turned out awesome. I'm not a great cook but I'm learning. My boyfriend said this was one of the best meals that I have made. I will definately be making this again, though next time I will probably use more of the Grey Poupon for more of a kick. And you definately need to microwave the potatoes a little bit longer than seven minutes. I did 10 and they were still a little under done.

Not to much flavor. Just once I would like to try Shake N Bake and have the chops or chicken come out crispy like the advertize. They usually come out soggy.

The pork was outstanding and microwaving the potatoes worked so well, I finally was able to eat potatoes cooked all the way through because of cooking them in the microwave first! The oven roasting just helps crisp them up. Very tasty, can't wait to make it again!
