The pork was outstanding and microwaving the potatoes worked so well, I finally was able to eat potatoes cooked all the way through because of cooking them in the microwave first! The oven roasting just helps crisp them up. Very tasty, can't wait to make it again!

This was a great dish, I cooked to taters a about 4 minutes longer in microwave and had brocoli instead of carrots.

The pork chops were delicious. The potatoes were too hard even after microwaving. I will definitely make the pork chops again, but not the potatoes.

The pork chops were so delicious! The potatoes did come out a little undercooked, but I will try putting them in the microwave next time to remedy this issue.

i used chicken breasts because i didnt have chops. it was good but nothing great. my potatoes were not cooked all the way and i even baked this for 1/2 hour longer cause we like dryer chicken. might make again but will do a lot of doctoring.

Great Recipe. I love the taste of Dijon and Rosemary paired together. Easy to follow recipe and quick prep/ turn around time. Will make again in the future.

this was a hit with my picky eaters! the pork was tender and the mustard added just the right zing!
