I thought this was very tasty and fun to make! The potatoes did come out a little hard, I will put them in the mircowave longer next time!
When roasting the potato's and carrots for such little time they should be done after microwaving and the roasting just adds flavor. I roast the carrots also as that adds SO much flavor, all the sugars come out of the carrots and taste wonderful. As for the woman the said the pork chop came out dry, I cook mine on 350 for 30 minutes and then just check them to see if they are done.
this recipe taste pretty good.came out to dry. Can anyone tell me how to make it more moist?. pork chop was good but dry. and potatoe were hard, even after I microwaved them.
I kinda made this recipe....I made the veggies according to recipe except I cooked them in a seperate dish and they turned out good :) However, for the Porkchops I dipped them in Italian Dressing instead of poupon mustard and dipped the in Italian Breadcrumbs instead of Shake-n-Bake and they turned out GREAT!

It was good.
Very good! I loved the seasonings on both the chops and the vegetables. My only complaint is that the veggies didn't cook very well. They were a bit too firm for my taste (even after pre-microwaving).
I would recommend to cut the strong taste of the Dijon by doing 3 tsp of mustard and 3 tsp of sour cream. Also, to make it crispy, drizzle a tiny amount of olive oil on top at the end and put under the broiler for a minute or two. PS I didn't make the vege or potatoe
We're 50/50 on this recipe. We love the chicken half but the veggies side was lacking. Our potatoes & carrots were as dry as the Sahara.
I thought this was yummy. I put it on broil to crisp it up a little. I would definitely make this again.
