When roasting the potato's and carrots for such little time they should be done after microwaving and the roasting just adds flavor. I roast the carrots also as that adds SO much flavor, all the sugars come out of the carrots and taste wonderful. As for the woman the said the pork chop came out dry, I cook mine on 350 for 30 minutes and then just check them to see if they are done.
