It was so easy and so yummy, especially for a weeknight dinner! I dipped the chops in the salad dressing instead of using mustard though. I'm sure I'll be making it again soon! I plan to use honey or apricot jam on the chops next time...

I made this recipe because I knew my Hubby wouldn't grill out on a cold night. He loved it and I will definately make this again! Very quick and easy to make, which is real nice after a long days work.

The potatoes were a little chewy, I might not make them again (except they were easy!). I had read another review which mentioned the pork chops stuck to the aluminum foil- so I tried spraying the foil in order to avoid losing the batter. It didn't work! I think it only made the back side of the chop a little soggy. But the flavoring on the chops was yummy!

Unbelievable! Who knew that it would be soooo good? My husband asked three times (if not more)...."And this if low in calories?" HaHa! It really is a great recipe. I will certainly make it again...and again!

The flavor was good, but my chops stuck to the foil. Does anyone know why this happened? The recipe didn't call to spray with cooking spray...should I have? All of the breading from the bottom of the chops was pulled right off...sad!

Mu Family Enjoyed this recipe. The pork chops were very juicey. This will be one of my families favorites

the chops were tender, but the mustard taste was not very good. i think it would have tasted better with mayonaise or yogart. the dijon mustard made the chops taste sour.

My whole family loved the extra tang the mustard added to the pork chops! Would make again!

My family loved a different version of me making Pork Chops did not believe there was mustard used. Will make it a regular! Made fried rice as a side.

I had brown the pork chops a little longer but the mustard gave a great kick.
