I used an italian dressing seasoning packet and a tbsp of cooking oil for the potatoes instead. I think next time I will try this with honey dijon mustard.

I used horseradish Dijon mustard to add extra flavor. It was a tasty meal and I would definately serve it again. Even though it was easy it looked like I had really spent alot of time.

Excellent recipe...easy to make, delicious to eat, and easy clean-up! The potatoes were the best!

Great recipe for those who are short on time or have kids running around your feet. It was good but lacked a lot of flavor so I just improvised with a few extra seasonings.

The pork chops were great. The mustrad kicked them up a notch. I cooked 10 with a family of four, and there were none left. the potatos did not turn out as good as I thought they should. Next time I will cook them seperately and see what happens.

I salt and peppered the potatoes and added half an onion (sliced) before microwaving them. Very simple and tasty dish! Also, I sprayed the pan with Pam (as I always do) instead of using foil - makes clean up a cinch.
