I made this once, and I think I put too much of the dijon on it because my coating was just soggy and mushy. And potatoes slightly tough still. but a few tweaks and I'd be willing to try it again!

Very good recipe...I would also cook the potatos more, they were a little tough

Very good recipe. I used 8 boneless pork chops and used Italian bread crumbs, didn't have Shake N Bake. I took some of the other ratings adivce and cooked the potatoes separtley in the microwave for about 20 min. stirring about every 7 min. until tender. Served w/canned carrots and green beans.

almost everyone loved the pork chops . same with the potatoes . I didn't prefer the potatoes but they were very simple . also thought the temp was low , we had very thick chops 2 inches , turned the temp up cause wasn't done when said

My husband and I both liked the recipe. The flavor of the rosemary with the dijon was very good!

As in other comments, I microwaved the potatos for longer than suggested. This helped to speed up the process of cooking the potatos.

This has gone into our regular rotation. The entire family likes it, even the picky toddler. A great way to do potatoes as well!
