Good. I used spicy Shake-n-Bake which added a nice litlle zip.

Made the potatoes seperate from the pork, as suggested in previous comments. Potatoes were excellent and the pork was good.

The pork chops had a really good flavor but the potatoes took much longer to cook than the receipe called for (we finally pulled them out after 45 minutes and finished them in the microwave!)

Really good flavor, but I can't seem to get the shake'n'bake crunchy ever. Also I added the carrots to the potatoes before baking which gave them some extra flavor. I would suggest cooking the potatoes a little longer than the recipe calls for to get them to soften a little more before baking.

I made this twice and the pork came out great both times but the potatoes where somewhat raw the first time so the second time I put them in the microwave longer but they still did not cook properly. I will make the pork again but will cook the potatoes differently.

Very easy to prepare. My husband who's not a pork lover asked for seconds and my 2 year old did as well. I will definitely be making this again.
