Really tasty. I think you could use boneless skinless chicken pieces instead of the pork. I haven't tried the chicken yet but plan on doing it in the next few days.

well i did the pork the same way but instead of putting the potatoes in the microwave i put them in the oven for a while i didnt add the dressing since my husband does not like it..and the carrots i made them with a lil butter and honey and it was a wonderful meal!!

This recipe was delicouse except I substituted a few things. I didn't have rosemary so I used a salt free all purpose seasoning. Didn't have red potatoes so used a few small white potatoes. Overall was delicious. Well make again!

The roasted potatoes came out wonderful, and tasted great with the pork chops! Will definitely make again!

I made this the other night and it was really good! I had to make a few changes, but the basics were still the same.

It smelled so delicious while it was baking! I agree that the potatoes needed to cook longer. Also, the breading was kind of soggy, so I might separate the potoatoes to another dish next time. Otherwise, a good meal that reminded me of my mother.

I made this for my family, and it was pretty good. My picky 3 year old ate it, so that was a plus. The potatoes were really good, and I agree with all the other reviews, definitely cook them in the microwave longer prior to baking. I cooked them 12 minutes, and I still don't think that was long enough. My husband said that there was too much rosemary, so I think next time I'll alter the recipe a bit and add something other than rosemary. It was worth trying it out, though!
