I made the one with the diced tomatoes and the chillies for a Super Bowl party...excellent! Instead of crackers, I used cut-up veggies. It was a major hit.

This is one of my favorite dips!! I usually 1/2 the recipe unless I have guests over. Very yummy.

This is a fast recipe when you need to make something quickly for those unexpected guests. I added jalapenos with the rotel and sausage. I sometimes use hamburger. Very good recipe. Thank you.

I made this with all four add-in options. Next time I'll drop the chilies and just use a can of chopped tomatoes. This dip had a great flavor, but we just don't care for the chilies.

Hot Velveta dips are always a hit. Surprising how many people are not familiar with the dish, I've been eating if for over 40 years. One hint I have not see in the recipies, in addition to the velveta, sausage, rotel tomatoes, I add red, green, and yellow peppers and my secret ingredient Kraft Philly Cream Cheese. It helps give the dip more body when piping hot so it does not silp off the chips!

i made the ranch and sour cream dip. it was very good leftover for mac and cheese. Dont go overboard with either ranch or sour cream. other than that. the rance gave the cheese a great flavor. I served mine with ridged chip. everyone loved it!
