I made both the chicken and beef kabobs and they were great. I was kind of skeptical of the peaches at first but they really add alot of flavor. Had to use canned peaches but it was still good.

GRILL kabobs until meat is cooked through, turning occasionally, means to cook "WELL DONE" on beef, pork and chicken. Sometimes when this is done, those veggies added with the meat will be over cooked and fall apart, it's better to do them on their own, till done, or warp in foil, add a ice cube to them, some butter and season, put them on grill for about 15 to 20 minutes, and, steam them. Plus ALWAYS make sure the grill grate (cooking-top) is clean before grilling.

I'd love to see a vegetarian option added to this recipe using tofu or all veggies. I have had vegetarian kabobs in restaurants and they were great. (I didn't know what to rate these as I've not tried them because they all contain meat.)

It was a quick,fun,and tasty idea for a lunch that my girl keeps asking for, She also asks where I got the recipe I just tell her that it's Moms little secret. (I'll tell her when she is old enough to cook.)

i have made these a couple of times for bbqs, and everyone loved them so much that i didn't even get any!!! i have done a couple of different things and they have all been great!!!!!

We were skeptical about the peaches and oranges. But, these were wonderful. My family loved all varieties.
