This recipe is very good but I am surprised that they do not recommend freezing the sandwiches BEFORE dipping. If you do not, they will be a squishy mess. So make them, freeze, then dip the next day when they are frozen. Much better results, don't they have a test kitchen so I don't have to go through this?!?

I found this recipe about a month ago and have already made it three times! Delicious, great for parties, and so easy to make. It's my husband's favorite!

This was so good! I made them for my office and then for a girls nite out. Everyone loved them. I cheated and used the pre made cheesecake filling. Still Awesome! Also used oatmeal cookies too .. even better! Great recipe!!!

Made these with my 8-year-old granddaughter. It was simple and lots of fun and they tasted great. However, the filling was a little too soft and made the dipping process difficult. I would suggest freezing the cookie sandwiches (or partially freezing) BEFORE and after dipping them into the chocolate sauce.

Used fat free whipped cream, fat free cream cheese and low fat graham crackers adn low fat chips ahoy. Good and a lot less caloric.
