This was really easy, also very rich and tasty.I used chewy chips ahoy cookies and used 2 heaping tbsp.of powdered sugar and a few drops of vanilla instead of the regular sugar.I think this made it fluffier.I also froze them first and instead of dipping half the cookie in the melted chocolate,I spooned it over the entire top of the cookie so there was chocolate in every bite. They were awesome and a sure keeper.

I love the creamy center of the cookie sandwiches and the extra layer of chocolate. These are so easy to make and a fast substitute for cheesecake.

I also did a variation of this with the keylime cheeseccake tub, plain grahm crackers and white chocolate. Everyone went crazy over them.

This recipe gets great reviews at parties but unless you time it exactly right, they can get very messy to eat! Wax paper is a MUST for these things, if you try to freeze them on anything else, they will be a pain to try to get off in one piece!

I have made this recipe twice and both times my family and friends raved about it. Hate to give my secrets away.

Tasted pretty good but was kind of messy to make. Did not turn out like the picture but they still were devoured by my family.
