I didn't make the dipping sauce, but I was surprised at how good just mixing the Shake-n-Bake Barbecue Glaze packet with a pound of ground beef turned out. The meatballs were pretty saucy. I did, however, find that there was a lot of the coating mix left over, even though I was generous about coating the meatballs. I might suggest using 1.25 or 1.5 pounds of ground beef instead of just a pound. I will be sure to make this again instead of the same old chicken or pork.

Very Good! I would have preferred them a little "saucier" as they dried out a bit in my chafing dishes. Next time I will make extra sauce to go with it. The dipping sauce was great too.

I used dry bread crumbs instead to add more flavor. I just loved the sauce, though, it was amazing! What a great and different way to eat meatballs. Everyone else loved it too. I think I added more BBQ sauce to make more of that flavor come out. I will make this again soon I'm sure.
