I didn't make the dipping sauce, but I was surprised at how good just mixing the Shake-n-Bake Barbecue Glaze packet with a pound of ground beef turned out. The meatballs were pretty saucy. I did, however, find that there was a lot of the coating mix left over, even though I was generous about coating the meatballs. I might suggest using 1.25 or 1.5 pounds of ground beef instead of just a pound.
I will be sure to make this again instead of the same old chicken or pork.
