What You Need

cups egg noodles, uncooked

1-1/2

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces

1/4

cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing

3-1/2

cups fresh broccoli florets

large red pepper, cut into strips

yellow squash, sliced

oz. 2% Milk VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Tbsp. fat-free milk

Make It

COOK pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.

MEANWHILE, cook chicken in dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 to 7 min. or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally. Stir in vegetables; cover. Simmer on medium heat 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender.

MICROWAVE VELVEETA and milk in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 to 3 min. or until VELVEETA is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 1-1/2 min. Add to chicken mixture; mix lightly. Serve over pasta.

I make this all the time. I don't put chicken or the dressing and I also use penne pasta instead of the egg noodles, it tastes really good that way. Also it needs some seasoning so that it doesn't taste to bland, I use salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

I added more broccoli and a little more dressing to this. My husband enjoyed it but said it was a little too cheesy for him, so next time, I'll try less cheese.

This was easy and pretty tasty. I bought the pre-sliced squash and zuccinni mix and used that in addition to the broccoli and red pepper. I added a little too much dressing b/c I thought with the additional veggies I would need it. It still tasted good but was a little runny. So for next time I won't add addt'l dressing.

This was really good and easy to put together. Only thing I changed was I used Fat free italian dressing. Very good and good for you!
