Wow! This was SO good! Even a picky mother-in-law raved about it! The first time I made it, the dumplings were a tiny bit undercooked, so now I cover it with foil and cook an extra five minutes! We make this all of the time!

Used 1/2 splenda for the sugar to cut down on calories. Also used low fat Baking mix. Absolutely wonderful! My husband also loves it! This is a real keeper; I will make it again and again with either fresh or frozen berries.

This was the best dessert I think I've ever made. It was absolutely delicious!!! The only thing I did different was put a pinch (maybe 1/8 teaspoon) of cinnamon into the dumpling mix also. The cinnamon was a wonderful addition to the fruit. I will be making this again and again. Put a scoop of reduced fat/ calorie vanilla ice cream on top....YUMM! Make this cobbler, you won't be disappointed!!!!!

I bake all the time and am always told how good things are. I made this recipe and my daughter in law said it was by far THE BEST thing I've ever made. She is now pregnant and the other day told me "before I am told I am diebetic, I have to have your berry cobbler"

Delicious! I used frozen blueberries and blackberries and they provided a great tart and sweet contrast to one another. The cinnamon gives this dish a special flavor that I have never had in a cobbler.
