This was very bland and watery. We were not impressed.

This is a great way to get your spinach. The sweetness of the pepper added color and flavor. I may try adding pineapple to it next time for even more sweetness.

Added dry onion soup mix, with some finely chopped onion and garlic powder for more flavor. Used mayo instead of Ranch as our family doesn't care for that

AWESOME!!! It was a HUGE HIT at our 4th Picnic. I substituted red & green peppers for the yellow since that was what I had on hand - VERY YUMMY!!!
