This was better than any other mac and cheese recipe that I have tried. The red pepper give it a nice kick.

This was very good and easy to make. My husband and I both loved it! The only thing I changed was that I sprinkled the remainder of my shredded cheese on top of the dish during the last ten minutes of baking! We'll be eating the left overs tonight.

I made this recipe 2 times and remember granny's was always really creamy, so I added more milk and I thought that granny had sent down an angel. It's awesome, even better brown some Jimmy dean breakfast sausage, green pepper& onion mix in your sausage,pepper & onion before baking. That will kick up the flavor. You'll think your in Heaven!!!

I've made this recipe 3 times, each time I used about a 1/4 teaspoon of coarse black pepper, not the red pepper. Its great reheated. Only thing I would prefer is if it were a bit creamier.

A delicious recipe with a slightly spicy taste. Cheesy, very good ! Add more red pepper for more spice; also any chopped peppers and cilantro makes it doubly good !
