Easy Homemade Macaroni & Cheese

The was amazing!!! my husband loved it. this will be a weekly dish at our house!

IT WAS OK. I had to add more cheese.

I remember this recipe from my Mother fondly and thought I'd try it on my own. As noted on the Velvetta box and also included herein, the recipe calls for two cups, 8 oz., of elbow macaroni. I thought that either wet or dry measure, a cup was always 8 oz. If the recipe calls for two cups then it is 16 oz. or if it is only 8 oz. then it is one cup. Next time I will make adjustments for this discrepancy and I am sure it will turn out as I remembered it. If my understanding of measures is incorrect, please let me know. Very good, nice and cheesey and easy to make. I will make this recipe often. (** Note to Jerry: The 16 oz on the box of macaroni is weight and the recipe is calling for 2 cups (measure) of dry macaroni which is 8 oz (weight) or 1/2 box. Hope this helps.)

My husband is a very picky eater and he loved it. My daughter loved it as well, so this is on the do again list at our house.

This was very good. It makes just enough for two people with a little left over.

I got a lot of compliments on my recipe. I used more cheese so it came out cheesier, but the kids all seemed to like it! Very easy and good!! Will definitely make it again!!!

I have never made my own Mac & Cheese and this one is fantastic!! It is very cheesy but I wouldn't change a thing.
