The easiest, most refreshing taste. I can add cheese, olives, hot peppers, etc. Travels well, easy to make while camping.

Fantastic! I used 1 can of black beans and 1 can of pinto beans. I actually forgot the bacon, but didn't notice. I put it on some garlic and herb wraps and I wanted to eat all of them! It is truly delightful! And EASY!

This recipe was a hit at 2 holiday cookouts! And it was so simple to make. It's versatile, too -- we ate it as a dip and as a side dish. I revised it a bit to add more flavor and color. For 1 of the cans of pinto beans, I substituted 1 can of black beans and 1 can of mexi-corn (both drained with the pinto beans in a colander). In addition to the fresh tomato, you can also add a drained can of Ro-Tel tomatoes with lime and cilantro.
