Very-Strawberry Cheesecake

This is wonderful and so easy to make.

Its really good. I took it into school for a project and everyone loved them!

i used the small graham pie crust instead... wonderful after dinner dessert. everyone loved it - will definitely make it again.

my family loves this recipe, i have made it time and time again. It's very easy to supstitute and make a plain one with graham crackers on top and even a lemon one.

Living down south here in Georgia, mother in laws know how to please their kids at any age. I have always been leary of bringing anything besides my usual potato salad and deviled eggs for holiday meals. BUT, this year I made 2 of these pies and they not only are EASY (thanks!), they are Delicious! My mother in law said it tasted very good, like strawberry shortcake! That's something coming from the best fried chicken cooker in Georgia (according to her kids! lol). Thanks again for a fabulous recipe! I have a winner!

This is a keeper! I made it with strawberry cream cheese and plain cool whip. So, by that recipe you could use ANY kind of cream cheese and make different flavours of cheesecake (i.e. pinapple, blueberry, raspberrt, etc.). Or, you could use chocolate cool whip and plain cream cheese! Delicious! Everyone loved it because it was so light and creamy and not too sweet. Definitely try this recipe!
