I have not made this yet but I bet it would be wonderful with fresh basil and a couple of drops of balsamic vinegar. I cannot wait to try this! My mouth is watering.

I really enjoyed this recipe because it is very healthy and filling. I use salt-free crackers and tortilla chips.

After reading some of the reviews I mixed the cream cheese w/some taco seasoning. Then in a bowl I first layered some refried beans, then the cream cheese, then put the tomatoes on top. Everyone loved it and many people asked for the recipe!

add taco seasoning to the neufchatel, it gives it a little mexican twist along with sliced olives and cilantro.

Simply wonderful! We had about 15 people over for a barbeque and everyone loved it! Next time, I would use a little less garlic than what the recipe calls for because it was a bit strong. Also, I served it with tortilla chips - it made the perfect dip!

I made this for a meeting except i added the cream cheese, thick and chunky salsa medium hot,shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes,onions, cilantro,mexican cheese, and served with the white corn tortilla chips, it was a hit, everyone loved it and was gone in no time , it was so easy to put together. i will make it often.
