We've made this several times in the last couple weeks! Really good! We add green pepper, onion, garlic and saute with sausage after it has browned a few minutes. Also added Tony's seasoning and Louisiana hot sauce and extra can of beans!!!

Really liked how easy this recipe is to make. I suggest using tomatoes instead of rotel because I like spicy things and it was too much for me. I put milk in the kid's bowls to tame it and they loved it!

LOVE IT, LOVE IT, WAS REALLY GOOD WITH RICE COOKED IN CHICKEN BROTH. COMES OUT PERFECTLY CHEESY!

I made this using soy sausage and it was yummy. Also added corn as suggested by another user, and topped with a spoonful of sour cream.
