I made this last night and oh my it was good. I suggest adding wet hot peppers and tomatoes as well. I will make this meal often!!

This recipe was great. I cooked the pasta seperate and used chicken broth instead of water. I also seasoned the chicken.

I used low-sodium chicken broth in place of the water and I used fresh spinach. I also added the crushed red pepper which was great but I would not recommend it if you are feeding it to small children as it was a little too spicy for my 2 and 4 year olds.

Changed a few things, seasoned the chicken with salt & pepper first, cooked pasta seperate from rest and added later, used chicken broth instead. Did not have velveta cheese, used kraft shredded chedder cheese instead, and little mozzarella shredded,I had both and crushed red pepper flakes, came out better than I thought will make again.

I have made this several times. This is a staple meal in our household. The first time I made I didn't actually follow the directions and it still turned out fabulous. I usually boil the noodles seperatly and cook the rest. Once finished I mix in a huge bowl the noodles with the remainder of the cooked ingredients and then mixed in the cheese. YUMMY !!!

The chicken needs to be seasoned prior to cooking. I would use season salt. The dish did not have enough salt and that might solve the problem. With those changes, it might be very good.

I've made this recipe several times. I use chicken broth instead of water for more flavor, as well as the suggestion of crushed red pepper. Great easy weekday meal.

I added 2 extra cloves of garlic and 4 chopped green onions for additional flavor. It's a little thick so I would add a little water next time. Good stick to your bones type dinner.
