Very bland and needed some crunch - with onion maybe?

Very good! I used chicken broth instead of water, fresh spinach instead or frozen, and seasoned the chicken with a sweet onion and pepper seasoning. I added more at the end along with some crushed red pepper. It was quite cheesy, but I'm from Wisconsin, so I loved it!

Awesome! I used more garlic and let the garlic and pepper cook for a few minutes before I added the chicken. It was well received by my family, even from the ones that aren't too crazy for spinach.

My husband and son really liked this. I'm not a big fan of spinach so next time I make it I'll substitute chopped broccoli.

Very easy recipe! I added onions and mushrooms instead of peppers and garlic. I also used fresh spinach... put it in right on top and covered it to steam. Was very yummy!

I didn't have red bell peppers, but I added a few of my favorites...onions, mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes halves. Very good...if you like spinach.
