The spinach gave the Velveeta a funny taste.

I made this recipe with ground beef and green peppers and farfalle noodles. It was very tasty and would make a tasty dip without the noodles.

I enjoyed thie recipe! I have made it twice, I love spinach, so i omitted the shells once and had extra spincah ...Next time i will try with chicken broth instead of water, as the other person mentioned. Quick, fast and tasty....what more can u ask for?

My husband liked this but my kids and I didn't. Maybe it needs more seasoning? It was easy to make but I probably won't make it again.

This recipe is great, I don't even like spinach and I love this.

Honestly, my kids actually liked it and so did my husband. But I thought it was too bland (and my tummy agreed). My hubby added extra garlic salt to it and said it made it better.

Delicious! The family (4 kids and hubby) loved it. I used a rotisserie chicken to speed it up, and added more garlic and some onion. I also used chicken broth instead of water. Even my kids who wouldn't eat spinach, loved it!

This was very good, except that I can't find Velveeta Light so the nutritional info on the recipe isn't accurate
