Triple-Layer Eggnog Pie

I made this for a New Year's Eve Party and everybody loved it! It was very easy to make and tasted great! If you love eggnog, you'll definitely love this pie!

What You Need

KRAFT Caramels

cup cold milk, divided

HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz.)

1/2

cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans, toasted

pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding

cup cold eggnog

tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

Make It

MICROWAVE caramels and 1 Tbsp. milk in microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM (50%) 30 sec. or until caramels are completely melted when stirred. Pour into crust; sprinkle with nuts.

BEAT pudding mixes, eggnog and remaining milk with whisk 2 min.; spoon 1-1/2 cups over nuts. Stir half the COOL WHIP into remaining pudding; spread over pudding layer in crust. Top with remaining COOL WHIP.

REFRIGERATE 3 hours.

Sinfully delicious! I used lactaid milk instead of regular milk, as I am lactose intolerant and it still turned out really well. Lots of compliments on this!

I Made this for Christmas. Was easy to make, but when I went to cut the pie, what a mess! The caramel harded too much and could not cut a slice without a mess.....also caramel was too hard to eat. Could only eat the filling. Would not make this again.

i love egg nog and wish is was available all year long, i love to try all egg nog recipes i can find. This pie is easy to make and too pretty to eat!

This pie was "DELICIOUS", I used canned Borden Eggnog, the caramel was still gooey after being refrigerated overnight. Super easy to make, I will definitely make this for Christmas dessert again and again.
