Triple-Layer Eggnog Pie recipe
Easy to make but hard to resist, this pie's got a layer of nutty caramel, one of eggnog and pudding, and a whipped topping on a graham cracker crust.

Made exactly as written except I couldn't find the caramels so used Kraft Caramel Bits, about 5 oz, and then I may have overheated them in the microwave. Anyway, the pie was delicious and easy to make but the caramel layer was tough like salt water taffy which made the first couple slices hard to get through with a knife. The pie was really good so I gave 5 stars because the hard caramel was probably my fault.
Sinfully delicious! I used lactaid milk instead of regular milk, as I am lactose intolerant and it still turned out really well. Lots of compliments on this!
I made this for a New Year's Eve Party and everybody loved it! It was very easy to make and tasted great! If you love eggnog, you'll definitely love this pie!
I Made this for Christmas. Was easy to make, but when I went to cut the pie, what a mess! The caramel harded too much and could not cut a slice without a mess.....also caramel was too hard to eat. Could only eat the filling. Would not make this again.
i love egg nog and wish is was available all year long, i love to try all egg nog recipes i can find. This pie is easy to make and too pretty to eat!
So easy to make and soooo yummy! What a nice, easy holiday recipe!
If you love eggnog then you'll love this pie. Crust makes it extra special.
Loved this recipe. Made it for a friend of mine and now it is one of her favorite recipes. Thanks.
This pie was "DELICIOUS", I used canned Borden Eggnog, the caramel was still gooey after being refrigerated overnight. Super easy to make, I will definitely make this for Christmas dessert again and again.
This pie was amazing... I thought I didnt like eggnog until this pie! So yummy and sooo easy to make. Cant wait to do it again!
